What an epic day of cruising at Bear Mountain. Weather was perfect and fall colors were uh full effect! Great day with some really cool people. It got pretty crowded and Storm King Highway was closed, but either way it was a blast.

What a beautiful day today at Bear Mountain. I went with some friends bright and early before the sun came up and got to the mountain before it got too crowded. Storm King was closed sadly but at least some people took some really cool shots like this. Fall is the best! Color was at full peak today.

I’ll just say that I hate that people can just drive to the top of Bear Mountain.

Oh yeah I hate when I’ve hiked up there and see people just drive there. It was actually closed on Sunday when we got over there. Mostly spent time on Seven Lakes and that area.

It was crazy how many people showed up. The few of us Miatas were the slow cars but you know public roads and all, kept things equivalent. Plus the miata guys tend to be crazier. The red Evo though was nuts, guy was talking about how it dyno’d at 380! I believe him too with the setup he had.
